Modified to discuss new snippet kinds where relevant.

Added new help topics for new "unit" and "class" snippet kinds to help project and TOC.
Modified other snippet kind help topics re these new snippet kinds.

Correction and minor edits. Added link back to main Snippet Kinds topic.

Changed .warning CSS class to no longer apply bold text.
Revised HTML files that use .warning and require bold text to use <strong class="warning"> instead of <span class="warning">.

Numerous menu and toolbar glyphs revised or replaced.
New glyphs for "new tab" and "close tab" view menu options.
Several help file glyphs changed from .gif to .png format and relevant topics updates accordingly.
Some glyphs simply renamed.

Updated help and documentation to update references to Database menu items that have now moved to the Snippets and Categories menus.

Updated help re new "Snippets | Duplicate Snippet" menu option and associated dialog box.

Updated help file source to re changes to main menu in r1781 and r1782

Added new Help | On The Web | FAQs menu item that displays CodeSnip FAQs in default browser.
Updated help topic for Help menu re this new option.

Merged r1767 from branches/3.x/Src/Help/HTML/faqs.htm:
Removed reference to FAQ being a wiki from FAQ help topic: no longer editable without password.
