CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Copied new changelog files for major release v0..v3 from trunk/Docs/ChangeLogs to branches/3.x/Docs. Deleted existing ChangeLog.txt which these files replace.

Replaced single changelog with five files, one for each major release v0..v4, in new ChangeLogs directory.

Merged r1772 from trunk/Src/Web.UInfo.pas:
Changed characters used to introduce a switch on command line from '-' or '\' to system default ('-' or '/').

Reverse merged all revisions from trunk/Docs/ChangeLog.txt:
This effectively added change log for v4.0 alpha 1.

Added new Help | On The Web | FAQs menu item that displays CodeSnip FAQs in default browser.
Updated help topic for Help menu re this new option.

** These modifications are the equivalent to those applied in branches/3.x at r1768

Removed reference to FAQ being a wiki from FAQ help topic: no longer editable without password.
