Changed characters used to introduce a switch on command line from '-' or '\' to system default ('-' or '/').

Fixed problem where page control tab sets sometimes do not receive keyboard focus when clicked. This was a problem noted in compilers dialog box in release 4.0 alpha 1. Other dialog boxes using page control have had same fix applied as a precaution.
