Standardised svn:mime-type properties to "text/pascal" and svn:eol-style to "native"

Reintegrated v4-dev branch into trunk.
Trunk now contains v4 development tree

* Changed how renamed snippets are validated using closure passed to dialog box used to get new name.
* Now validates name properly: fixes bug #3299870.

Removed all "do not localise" comments.

Standardised format of Assert statement: all classes use ClassName method for class name and routines use routine name. Records have record name as literal.

Updated copyright date where required on some files modified in 2010.

Merged delphi2010-port branch back into trunk.

Adapted TCodeImportMgr to changes in TUserInfo record defined in UCodeImportExport.pas.

Modified TCodeImportMgr.UpdateUserDatabase to append details of contributors of imported snippets to the snippets' extra information. Designed to assist in keeping track of contributors.

* Moved resourcestring definitions for button names to interface section of UMessageBox unit and renamed them.
* Changed UCodeImportMgr to use cancel button name from UMessageBox and renamed other button name resource strings.
* Removed change logs.
