CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

* Moved all units directly concerned with supporting syntax highlighting into the new "Hiliter" namespace. Some units were further renamed.
* Revised using units to use the new names.

* Renamed all methods and properties of TRoutineHTML and TInfoHTML that referred to "routine" - most to a similar name that refer instead to "Snippet".
* Changed code that calls TRoutineHTML and TInfoHTML re renamed methods etc.
* Updated some comments.

* Fixed bug #3015589 where user specified attributes of symbols and identifiers in highlighted were being ignored.

* Moved implementation of TInfoHTML.Extra into a method in new UActiveTextHTML unit. TInfoHTML.Extra now simply calls TActiveTextHTML.Render.
* Removed change log from file.

Added svn:keywords property with Rev and Date keywords.

* Added new TInfoHTML.Category method that generates a link to a snippet's category.
* Snippet kind is now rendered with a terminating full stop.
