* Renamed general preference ShowEmptyCategories as ShowEmptySections.
* Changed name of corresponding IPreferences property to match.
* Updated FrGeneralPrefs unit to use revised IPreference property name.
* Changed check box in display section of General tab of Preferences dialog box to refer to hiding empty "section headings" instead of categories.
* Updated General Preferences help topic re changes.
* Updated config file documentation.

* Modified General tab of preferences dialog box with check boxes to update new ShowInNewDetailPage and SetShowEmptyCategories preferences.
* Added new TDetailPageDisplayMode enumeration to UMainDisplayMgr help when coding support for new ShowInNewDetailPage preference.

Development branch for CodeSnip release 4.

Initial source is a copy of v3.8.4 (r1075).
