* Merged in changes to Src/InstallHelper/VCSSetupHelper.vi as changed in trunk at r1725.
* All other files and directory simply had svn:mergeinfo property updated.

Updated with details of recent changes.

Reverted all changes made in error at r1729.

Fixed bug where clicking tabs sometimes does not focus them, meaning that pressing Ctrl+Tab or Shift+Ctrl+Tab after clicking the tab does not always change the selected tab as expected.

** This fix is based on, but not identical to, the one applied in the v4-dev branch at r1723.

Fixed problem where overview pane treeview state was not being saved when user changed tab, causing it to be restored incorrectly when navigating back to the tab.

** This is a manual copy of fix applied in v4-dev branch at r1711.

Changed Toolbar to wrap when window is too small to display it all.

** This is a copy of the change made in the v4-dev branch at r1671.

Incremented build number. No changes to source but build number changed to reflect change to Delphi 2010. This change should have been made way back when compiler changed from Delphi 2006 to 2010.

* Methods that update and delete views following database changes now take parameter to indicate which detail pane tab contains affected view.
* Some public methods made private.
