Added new "database update info" view.

* Added new TSimpleViewItem abstract base class for basic view items.
* Changed TNulViewItem, TNewTabViewItem and TStartPageViewItem to descend from TSimpleViewItem.
* Updated commenting.

Added new "new tab" view.

Changed Snippet and Category view implementations to record snippet and category ids instead of instances and to fetch instances from database as required. This should help with some problems of referencing freed instances.

Renamed various properties, fields, method names and parameter concerning category ids.

* Added new StrSameStr, StrSameText, StrIsDelimiter and StrLastDelimiterPos routines to UStrUtils.
* Changed code that uses SysUtils AnsiSameStr, AnsiSameText, IsDelimiter and LastDelimiter to use equivalent new routines in UStrUtils instead.

* Renamed USnippetKindInfo unit as DB.SnippetKind.
* Updated all using units.

* Extracted code that deals with categories and category lists from USnippets into new DB.UCategory unit.
* Modified affected code accordingly.

* Extracted code that deals with snippets and snippet lists from USnippets into new DB.USnippet unit.
* Modified affected code accordingly.

Added new IView.IsGrouping method and implementations.
