Changed IOverviewDisplayMgr.Display method to have Force parameter to force re-displays of overview treeview. Changed calling code accordingly and to streamline some code in TMainDisplayMgr.

Fixed bug in overview frame treeview where state of treeview was not being restored correctly when tabs are changed via main menu rather than by clicking on tabs.

** This changed also made manually in trunk at r1727.

Added support for displaying selected view items in new tab in detail pane when items are Ctrl clicked (or Ctrl right-clicked) in overview pane.

* Added extra NewTab parameter to INotifier.ShowViewItem and implemented it in TNotifier to set related action's NewTab property. This helps in passing along requests for displaying view items in new tabs via notifier.
* Made minimal changes to code that calls INotifier.ShowViewItem: all changes leave end result unchanged.

* Changed tree view so no selection is made if Alt or Shift are pressed when mouse clicked.
* Menu pop-up is now handled manually and occurs only when Alt or Shift are not pressed.

* Changed key presses used to jump up and down sections in treeview to use Shift+Up instead of Ctrl+Up and Shift+Down instead of Ctrl+Down respectively.
* Shift+Up keypress now selects section head for a sub-item instead of previous section head.
* Renamed some private methods of TOverviewFrame.
* Updated help topic re changes.

Fixed potential bug by testing for nil notifier in TOverviewFrame.tcDisplayStyleChange.

Removed unused unit references.
