Added TMainDisplayMgr.ShowDBUpdatedPage method to display "database updated" page in detail pane.

Added support for generating and loading HTML of new "database updated" page for detail pane.

Added new "database update info" view.

* Added new TMainDisplayMgr.ShowWelcomePage method.
* Removed TMainForm.DisplayWelcomePage method and replaced calls with calls to TMainDisplayMgr.ShowWelcomePage.

* Removed action that selects a detail pane tab from View category (now uncategorised) and renamed it to actSelectDetailTab. Changed to uncategorised because no longer on view menu.
* Removed actSelectDetailTab's OnUpdate event handler and renamed OnExecute change handler.

* Added new Update method to IQuery and its implementation that updates query: refreshes or resets if can't refresh.
* Modified TMainForm to use IQuery.Update.

* Reverted to former version of IViewItemDisplayMgr by removing unused GetCurrentView method and its implementation in FrDetailView unit.
* Removed all references to fCurrentView field from TDetailViewFrame.

Changed Toolbar to wrap when window is too small to display it all.

* Added new TSimpleViewItem abstract base class for basic view items.
* Changed TNulViewItem, TNewTabViewItem and TStartPageViewItem to descend from TSimpleViewItem.
* Updated commenting.

Modified TMainDisplayMgr.CreateNewDetailsTab to display the new "new tab" page in new empty tabs instead of Welcome page.
