CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

* Removed detail_compilerchecks.htm and detail_information.htm topic files.
* Removed all links to removed pages and edited affected topic, help project, index and TOC files as required.
* Merged content of detail_information.htm into detail_pane.htm.
* View menu topic has temporary placeholder for information pane-related actions until these are finalised.

Merged trunk changes for release 3.8.10 (i.e. r1320, r1321, r1418, r1419, 1421 to 1427) into the v4-dev branch.

Resolved conflicts. Most by using selected entries from each file. Except that v4-dev brach's version of VCodeSnip.vi kept unchanged.

Some files are physically unchanged and have changes only to their svn:mergeinfo property.

Development branch for CodeSnip release 4.

Initial source is a copy of v3.8.4 (r1075).
