* Reverted to former version of IViewItemDisplayMgr by removing unused GetCurrentView method and its implementation in FrDetailView unit.
* Removed all references to fCurrentView field from TDetailViewFrame.

Changed Toolbar to wrap when window is too small to display it all.

* Added new TSimpleViewItem abstract base class for basic view items.
* Changed TNulViewItem, TNewTabViewItem and TStartPageViewItem to descend from TSimpleViewItem.
* Updated commenting.

Modified TMainDisplayMgr.CreateNewDetailsTab to display the new "new tab" page in new empty tabs instead of Welcome page.

Added CSS required for new "new tab" detail pane page. Fixed CSS placed in detail.css and FrDetailView unit modified to generate dynamic CSS.

Added support for generating and loading HTML of new "new tab" page for detail pane.

Added new colour for text displayed in new tabs.

Added new "new tab" view.

Fixed memory leak that occurs when creating THTMLAttributes objects on the fly as a parameter to MakeCompoundTag and MakeTag routines. This was done by removing const qualifier from IHTMLAttributes parameter of the routines.

* Merged in changes to about box program tab content (in dlg-about-program-tplt.html) as changed in trunk at r1662.
* All other files and directory simply had svn:mergeinfo property updated.
