CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

* Removed unused TDetailPageKind enumeration and associated parameters of methods in UDetailPageLoader unit.
* Modified using code accordingly.

Removed Compiler Check tab from main display, removed compiler check frame from project and made minimal changes to other units to accommodate.

Refactoring:
* Renamed all class names containing "Routine" to "Snippets" and modified calling code as needed.
* Renamed all similarly named properties, methods and fields.

Modified to work with a single blank HTML document for both detail panes, rather than one for each pane. (Follows from r1333 where HTML file changes were made).

Rationalised code that transferred string data between TDetailPageHTML sub classes and TDetailPageLoader by way of a stream. Now code is transferred as strings with no conversion to and from a stream.

* Heavily revised UView unit once more to make views interfaced based.
* Updated using units re changes.
* Replaced many FreeAndNil calls with calls to .Free method.

Heavily revised UView unit
* Replaced flexible and "smelly" single TViewItem class that handled all view types with heirachy of classes for each view type.
* Added factory class.
* Updated using units re changes.

Development branch for CodeSnip release 4.

Initial source is a copy of v3.8.4 (r1075).
