Added new overload of TSnippetList.Find that takes a TSnippetID parameter.

* Modified TMainDisplayMgr to support changes in IEditableTabbedDisplayMgr.
* Changed code that clears display to clear overview pane and either current detail tab display or to delete all tabs.
* Modified FmMain to delete all tabs before re-displaying a re-loaded database.

Changed IEditableTabbedDisplayMgr.CloseSelectedTab to CloseTabs that can optionally close selected, all or all except selected tabs.

Collapsed code from TInfoFrame into TDetailViewFrame base class, leaving TInfoFrame with no code.

Added support for closing selected tab in Details pane, including new View menu item and action. New methods added to IEditableTabbedDisplayMgr and TMainDisplayMgr to support this.

Fixed glitch in history list that appeared after multi-page support added to detail pane. Nul view items are no longer included in list.
