Created new "Compile" top-level menu and moved Test Compile and View Compile Errors options from Database menu and View Test Unit from View menu to new menu.

Removed reference to test-compilation being available from detail pane.

* Removed detail_compilerchecks.htm and detail_information.htm topic files.
* Removed all links to removed pages and edited affected topic, help project, index and TOC files as required.
* Merged content of detail_information.htm into detail_pane.htm.
* View menu topic has temporary placeholder for information pane-related actions until these are finalised.

* Updated re change in handling test compilation.
* Some changes to info about configuring compilers.
* Added info about viewing compile errors & warnings.

* Added new help topic for Test Compile Results dialog box.
* Changed Database | Test Compile menu topic to note that Test Compile Results dialog box is displayed.

Removed public static method and supporting code that displayed compilation results for just a single specified compiler.

Fixed typo in field name.

Removed redundant TCompileMgr.ShowError method.

Removed support for command that viewed compiler errors for a single compiler, including:
* Updated External object to remove ViewCompilerLog method along with associated JavaScipt and Notifier methods.
* Renamed external object interface to IWBExternal7 and set version attribute to 7.0.
* Removed associated action and associated factory method for it.
* Support from main form for displaying the associated dialog box.

* Removed unused TDetailPageKind enumeration and associated parameters of methods in UDetailPageLoader unit.
* Modified using code accordingly.
