CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

* Removed detail_compilerchecks.htm and detail_information.htm topic files.
* Removed all links to removed pages and edited affected topic, help project, index and TOC files as required.
* Merged content of detail_information.htm into detail_pane.htm.
* View menu topic has temporary placeholder for information pane-related actions until these are finalised.

* Added new help topic for Test Compile Results dialog box.
* Changed Database | Test Compile menu topic to note that Test Compile Results dialog box is displayed.

* Added new help topic for search compiler path browse for folder dialog box.
* Added a-link keyword to dialog box object to reference new topic when help button clicked.

Merged trunk changes for release 3.8.10 (i.e. r1320, r1321, r1418, r1419, 1421 to 1427) into the v4-dev branch.

Resolved conflicts. Most by using selected entries from each file. Except that v4-dev brach's version of VCodeSnip.vi kept unchanged.

Some files are physically unchanged and have changes only to their svn:mergeinfo property.

* Completely rewrote import help topic re new import wizard. Also changed Alink name and added Rev and Date svn:keyword placeholders.
* New help topic for import file Windows standard dialog box.
* Updated help project and index files.

Merged trunk changes for release 3.8.8 (i.e. r1284 to r1299) into the v4-dev branch.

Resolved conflicts:
* missing Doc/Design/ConfigFileStructure.odt by in v4-dev is correct - the file has been deleted and its information moved to Docs/FileFormats/config.html
* VCodeSnip.vi: rejected changes in trunk and kept version in this branch.

Some files are physically unchanged and have changes only to their svn:mergeinfo property.

Development branch for CodeSnip release 4.

Initial source is a copy of v3.8.4 (r1075).
