Removed support for command that viewed compiler errors for a single compiler, including:
* Updated External object to remove ViewCompilerLog method along with associated JavaScipt and Notifier methods.
* Renamed external object interface to IWBExternal7 and set version attribute to 7.0.
* Removed associated action and associated factory method for it.
* Support from main form for displaying the associated dialog box.

* Removed unused TDetailPageKind enumeration and associated parameters of methods in UDetailPageLoader unit.
* Modified using code accordingly.

* Removed unused TCompCheckResHTML class.
* Merged TInfoCompResHTML class down into TCompResHTML and named as TInfoCompResHTML.
* Some renamings.

Removed code that related to compiler check pane. This leaves a skeletal unit that may need to be deleted later.

Removed compiler check specific CSS.

Added "Test Compile Snippet" link to compile results section of page. Link also appears on context menu.

Removed redundant HTML files that were used for display of Compiler Check pages.

Removed classes that were used to generate content for compiler check pages.

Removed Compiler Check tab from main display, removed compiler check frame from project and made minimal changes to other units to accommodate.

Changed to use new Test Compile dialog to perform and display test compilations rather than Compiler Check pane.
