CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Uncommented an accidentally commented out unit in uses clause and made some other minor cosmetic changes.

* Revised TRTFMerger to take TRTF parameters to constructor and ReplacePlaceholder method.
* Renamed SaveToStream as Render and changed to function that returns TRTF.
* Revised using URTFRoutineDoc unit accordingly.
* XMLDoc commented URTFMerger unit.

* Added new TRTF and TRichEditHelper records and ERTF exception to URTFUtils unit.
* Methods of TRichEditHelper replaced and improved upon routines that helped with load, save and insert operations on rich edit controls. The routines were deleted.
* Updated all units that used the deleted routines to use TRichEditHelper instead.

Development branch for CodeSnip release 4.

Initial source is a copy of v3.8.4 (r1075).
