CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

* Removed akText value from TActiveTextElemKind and renamed enumeration as TActiveTextActionElemKind.
* Moved Kind property from IActiveTextElem interface into IActiveTextActionElem and modified implementation of interfaces accordingly.
* Updated all using code re these changes.

Removed left over debug code.

Merged trunk changes for release 3.9.1 (i.e. 1558-1562) into the v4-dev branch.

Resolved conflicts as follows:

* Src/VCodeSnip.vi: kept version in v4-dev unchanged.

Some files are physically unchanged and have changes only to their
svn:mergeinfo property.

Fixed bug #3369422 (http://bit.ly/omSp6F)

The floating point number parser was too strict about malformed general format numbers leading to assertion failure when the "E" in the general format number was not followed by a digit. This is mal-formed Pascal and should have been reported as an error rather than causing an assertion failure.

Changed way paths tab displays hints when cursor hovers over path names:
1) Popup hints now appear - previously hints appeared in main window status bar.
2) When path exists hint only appears if displayed path contains ellipsis.
3) When path doesn't exist "path does not exist" message includes path only if displayed path contains ellipsis.
Updated about dialog help topic re changes + some minor edits.
