CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Fixed code that restores user database backups to raise exception if backup file format later than v3 is detected. Previously the code would attempt to load the backup even though it didn't know how to.

Renamed UUnicodeHelper unit as UEncodings. Modified all units that used UUnicodeHelper accordingly.

Changed to use code from PJMD5 unit to handle MD5 message digest operations instead of removed TCheckSum static class.

Changed all symbols, comments etc that refer to the "Latin-1" code page to refer to "Windows-1252" since the code page used is the Windows interpretation of "Latin-1", code page 1252.

Updated copyright date where required on some files modified in 2010.

Merged delphi2010-port branch back into trunk.

Added new UFolderBackup unit. Class that can back up all text files in a folder into a single file.
