Updated svn:mergeinfo properties to record merging of r706-711 and r1051 into the trunk.

Replaced use of TInterfaceList class with TList<xxxx> where xxxx is some interface. Any custom enumerators in classes that use the list were removed and replaced by use of TEnumerator<xxxx>.

* Modified EActiveTextParserError exception to descend from EValidation.
* Changed TREMLReader.Parse method to map ensure that all raised EActiveTextParserError exceptions get a copy of the selection information stored in handled ETaggedTextLexer exceptions.

Merged revised-webservices branch back into trunk.

Fixed memory leaks.

Updated copyright date where required on some files modified in 2010.

Merged delphi2010-port branch back into trunk.

Updated svn:mergeinfo property with details of merge from /branches/delphi2010-port:501-502,505.

* Changes to UActiveText.pas merged from delphi2010-port branch. These replace several erroneous "published" class sections with "protected".
* Removed comments embedded in TODO statements.

Removed change logs.
