* Renamed USnippets unit as DB.UMain.
* Updated all affected units.

* Extracted code that deals with categories and category lists from USnippets into new DB.UCategory unit.

* Extracted code that deals with snippets and snippet lists from USnippets into new DB.USnippet unit.
* Modified affected code accordingly.

* Renamed "Snippets" function in USnippets to "Database".
* Updated all using code.

Refactoring:
* Renamed numerous identifiers that refer to "routine" with those that refer to "snippets" where appropriate.
* Updated calling code where required.

Refactoring:
* Renamed all interface names, methods, parameters and associated enumerations that referred to "routine" to refer to "snippet" where appropriate.
* Updated all implementations and calling code accordingly.

refactoring: Renamed ISnippets.GetRoutines method and ISnippets.Routines property to GetSnippets and Snippets respectively. Updated all implementing and calling code.

Refactoring: Renamed TCategory.Routines property and associated fRoutines field as Snippets and fSnippets. Updated all using code accordingly.

Refactoring: Renamed TRoutineList and TRoutineListEx classes as TSnippetList and TSnippetListEx.

Development branch for CodeSnip release 4.

Initial source is a copy of v3.8.4 (r1075).
