Added new FAQs topic to help file, along with TOC and index entries.

* Fixed some typos.
* Added Rev and Date svn:keyword placeholders.

Updated version number to 3.8.10.189

Changed so that check boxes in tree views are now only toggled if clicked on directly: clicking anywhere on the item no longer works (but pressing space key still works). This change made to revert to normal Windows behaviour: former modified behaviour was more problematic than helpful.

* Reverted check list items to default behaviour. Clicking on item no longer toggles check mark. The modified behaviour was proving more problematic than helpful.
* Removed unit that had provided new behaviour.
* Adjusted other code as required.

Managed check list box's OnDrawItem event reset to nil when manager object is destroyed.

Modified "Accessing Websites via Links and Menu Options" section of plain text and help file topic version of privacy statement.

Updated version number to 3.8.9.188

Changed main database loader to treat "warning" compile results as "success". Fixes feature request #3290359

* Changed how renamed snippets are validated using closure passed to dialog box used to get new name.
* Now validates name properly: fixes bug #3299870.
