CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

* Added StrReplace routine to UStrUtils.
* Replaced calls to StrUtils.ReplaceStr with UStrUtils.StrReplace.

Removed reference to unit deleted in r1430.

Fixed error introduced in latest merge from trunk (r1430).

Merged trunk changes for release 3.8.10 (i.e. r1320, r1321, r1418, r1419, 1421 to 1427) into the v4-dev branch.

Resolved conflicts. Most by using selected entries from each file. Except that v4-dev brach's version of VCodeSnip.vi kept unchanged.

Some files are physically unchanged and have changes only to their svn:mergeinfo property.

* Renamed USnippetKindInfo unit as DB.SnippetKind.
* Updated all using units.

* Moved TSnippetKind and TSnippetKinds from DB.USnippet unit to USnippetKindInfo.
* Updated all affected units.

* Renamed USnippets unit as DB.UMain.
* Updated all affected units.

* Extracted code that deals with snippets and snippet lists from USnippets into new DB.USnippet unit.
* Modified affected code accordingly.

* Renamed various types in USnippets to have a database related name.
* Modified affected code.

* Renamed "Snippets" function in USnippets to "Database".
* Updated all using code.
