Added section mentioning and linking to FAQ Wiki.

Updated file locations and names used for installation, database and config files to those used for v4.

Fixed bug where RTF frame was being used to display plain text instead of text frame. This was crashing if text contained non-ASCII characters.

Modified code that appends contributor details to active text of imported snippets to cope with user name only, email only, both name and email and neither name nor email.

* Encapsulated Name and UserDefined fields of TSnippetID as properties with private fields. Adjusted constructor to write private fields.
