Refactoring: Renamed HTML class applied to snippet links from "routine-link" to "snippet-link".

Refactoring:
* Renamed JavaScript functions editRoutine, compileRoutine and displayRoutine as editSnippet, compileSnippet and displaySnippet respectively.
* Updated HTML and Pascal files that referenced these functions.

Refactoring:
* Renamed "routinename" id applied to h1 element with "snippetname" id.
* Updated JavaScripy function that accesses the id.

Deleted unused HTML resource file.

* Renamed placeholder names in HTML resources that used "routine" as part of name to use "snippet" instead.
