CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Revised LoadFromString method to write Unicode data, with BOM into browser control rather than using default encoding. This way no information is lost.

Refactored out TWBIOMgr.SetBodyHTML.

Removed TWBIOMgr.LoadFromStream method. Modified LoadFromString to remove call to LoadFromStream.

Added new LoadResourceAsString to UResourceUtils. Modified TNoCompCheckPageHTML.Generate and THTMLTemplate.Create to use LoadResourceAsString to load HTML files from resources.

Removed redundant SaveToStream method.

Rationalised code that transferred string data between TDetailPageHTML sub classes and TDetailPageLoader by way of a stream. Now code is transferred as strings with no conversion to and from a stream.

Corrected ABNF

Overhauled web service documentation. Removed class heirachy: out of date.

Merged trunk changes for release 3.8.9 (i.e. r1303 to r1305, r1307 to r1316) into the v4-dev branch.

Resolved conflicts:
* missing Doc/Design/ConfigFileStructure.odt and Doc/Design/IniDataFileForma.odt in v4-dev is correct - documents have been replaced by HTML docs in Docs/FileFormats directory.
* Docs/ReadMe.txt: used v4-dev changes where conflicted but kept typo fix from trunk.
* VCodeSnip.vi: kept version information from v4-dev but accepted updated copyright date in license block from trunk.

Some files are physically unchanged and have changes only to their svn:mergeinfo property.

Noted that "W" compiler result treated as "Y" from CodeSnip v3.8.9.
