CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

* Moved all units directly concerned with supporting installed compilers into the new "Compilers" namespace. Some units were further renamed.
* Revised using units to use the new names.

* Moved IsHexDigit routine from UUnicodeHelper unit to UUtils.
* Removed from UUnicodeHelper unit all character test and case conversion routines that mapped directly onto methods of TCharacter or to CharInSet in SysUtils unit.
* Modified units that used these routines to use replacements in Characters, SysUtils and UUtils units.

Updated copyright date where required on some files modified in 2010.

Merged delphi2010-port branch back into trunk.

Removed compiler directives that switch off "unsafe" code, type and cast warnings. These warnings are now disabled globally for the whole project.

Removed unused IsEqual methods from the ISearch interface and all the classes that implement it.

Removed change logs.

Added svn:keywords property with Rev and Date keywords.

Fixed bug in selection search that was selecting both user defined and main database snippets with same name if only one was selected.
