CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

* Added new LoadFromBytes and SaveToBytes methods to IXMLDocumentEx and its implementation.
* Modified TCodeExporter and TCodeImporter to use above methods.
* XMLDoc commented UXMLDocumentEx unit.

* Changed code import manager to read input file as byte array instead of stream and change code importer accordingly.
* Fixed some comments in UCodeImportExport unit.

Updated to output and handle exported data using TEncodedData instead of TStream.

* Added explicit UTF-8 encoding attribute to XML processing instruction of export files.
* Updated export file version to 5. Stripped out code that calculated file version based on version of REML used now that version fixed at 5.

Development branch for CodeSnip release 4.

Initial source is a copy of v3.8.4 (r1075).
