Updated svn:mergeinfo properties modified by last merge from trunk of r1257. There were no physical changes to the files.

Merged bug fix from trunk r1257.

Bug fix: compile results no longer listed for freeform snippets.

* Renamed TRoutinePrintDocument as TSnippetPrintDocument and renamed various fields and parameters similarly.
* Updated using UPrintMgr unit accordingly.

Updated print engine, print manager and unit containing print documents to use TRTF to contain documents instead of TStream.

Included a temporary fix in TRoutinePrintDocument to work with streams still produced by TRTFRoutineDoc.

* Changed TSourcePrefsFrame to always use default highlighter font in preview.
* Fixed display bug where source preferences preview pane was to small to display all samples.
* Changed TSourcePrefsPreview to return TRTF containing generated RTF code.

* Added new IHiliteAttrs.ResetDefaultFont method and implemented in THiliteAttrs.
* Updated THiliteAttrsFactory.CreatePrintAttrs to use new method.

Some refactoring of THiliterPrefsFrame.GenerateRTF method.

Uncommented an accidentally commented out unit in uses clause and made some other minor cosmetic changes.

* Revised TRTFMerger to take TRTF parameters to constructor and ReplacePlaceholder method.
* Renamed SaveToStream as Render and changed to function that returns TRTF.
* Revised using URTFRoutineDoc unit accordingly.
* XMLDoc commented URTFMerger unit.
