CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Added new HTML document describing Config File Format to the Docs/FileFormats directory. This replaces ConfigFileStructure.odt from the Docs/Design directory.

Bumped per-user config file version to 8 and common config file version to 6. Files are now stamped with these version numbers.

* TSettings now ensures that new empty ini files have the UTF-16LE BOM.
* Replaced some UUtils routines calls with IOUtils method calls.

Revised install script and associated Pascal Script files to work with new directory and file names used for CodeSnip 4.

Rising complexity in working with complex relationship between various file versions led to so significant refactoring of the code, particularly that that records the various paths and file names and detects previous installed versions. This enabled simplification of ini and database update code.

Changed directories used for common and per-user data:
* Common directory now CodeSnip.4 instead of CodeSnip and main database folder is now Database instead of Data.
* Per user directory now CodeSnip.4 instead of CodeSnip and user database is now UserDatabase instead of UserData.
* Common config file now Common.config instead of Common.ini.
* Per user config file now User.config instead of User.4.ini.

These changes made so that change of encoding / format used for various files won't prevent any pre-v4 programs from working because their copies of files remain unchanged. Also so that uninstalling an earlier version of CodeSnip will not remove v4's database and vice versa. Finally, new database formats can be used without clashing with older versions.

* Changed about box's Paths tab to detect paths that don't exist. Explore buttons now disabled if path doesn't exist.
* Hints now displayed for path labels giving full path and comment if doesn't exist.
* Now uses IOUtils unit to check if directories exist instead of UUtils.

Added svn:keywords property with "Rev" and "Date" values.

Updated install script to create any new user.4.ini file (and any missing Common.ini file as Unicode. Added new Unicode.ps support script to assist with this.

Replaced tab characters with pairs of spaces and trimmed trailing white space from each line.

Noted change to Unicode version of Inno Setup to build install program.
