Merged trunk changes 1089-1093 and 1095 into the new-backend branch.

Merged trunk changes 1052-1074 into the new-backend branch.

Replaced all occurrences of TRoutineEditData with TSnippetEditData.

TRoutineEditData was restored due to a conflict when committing merged changes from trunk at r1049. Conflict was due to renaming of FmUserDBEditDlg unit to FmSnippetsEditorDlg in trunk which lost changes made to FmUserDBEditDlg in this branch that were not reflected in trunk.

Added existing UStructs unit to project. Required in order to make updated UExceptions unit compile. This updated version of UExceptions was merged from trunk at r1049.

* Added new DB.USnippetKindGroup unit that provides a skeleton implementation of a snippet kind group in the database along with supporting types.
* Added DUnit test suite for DB.USnippetKindGroup unit.

* Added new DB.UInitialLetterGroup unit that provides a skeleton implementation of an initial-letter group in the database along with supporting types.
* Added DUnit test suite for DB.UInitialLetterGroup unit.

Added UTestHelpers unit to SVN (omitted from previous commit at r979).

* Added new UTestHelpers unit to unit tests project to provide commonly used code for use by test cases. Only content is TAlwaysFreeController class. (Neglected to add UTestHelpers to SVN repo - see r980 for rectification).
* Modified various test case units that provided their own implementations of TAlwaysFreeController to use version in UTestHelpers unit.
