CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Reverted changes made in r1098 when changes from v3 trunk were merged in. These changes prevented snippet names to start with anything other than letter from the English alphabet and '_'. The change was necessary to fix a bug in v3 but is not needed in v4 which supports the use of Unicode characters to name snippets.

Merged trunk changes 1089-1093 and 1095 into the v4-dev branch.

Made conflict resolution changes.

Some files are physically unchanged and have changes only to their svn:mergeinfo property.

* Completely rewrote and greatly simplified USnippetKindInfo unit.
* Modified using units as necessary.
* Got rid of some more FreeAndNil calls.

Development branch for CodeSnip release 4.

Initial source is a copy of v3.8.4 (r1075).
