CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Formerly named History.txt and stored in DevTools directory.

New directory to store archived documentation of CodeSnip updates up to and including v3.0.

Documented changes.

Added svn:keywords property with Rev and Date keywords.

Removed all completed todo items.

Removed details of changes after v3.0 since CodeSnip was moved to SVN at that point.

Updated version information for v3.0.5.150

Merged changes from /branches/os-fonts:22-106 branch.

These changes add support for default operating system fonts to main display and dialog boxes.

* Removed some invalid todos.
* Flagged completed todos.

Fixed alignment problem with controls in syntactic elements group box.
