* Removed OnExecute handler for dynamically created TRoutineAction: action now displays snippet in its Execute method. Removed URoutineAction unit reference.
* Changed actEditSnippetExecute to call notifier rather than call user database manager directly.
* Changed a menu item name.

Added a new dynamically created category display action that is passed to notifier.

Removed reference to deleted UCopySnippetMgr unit.
