* Added new Lock method, Locked property and new write accessor for FreeController property of TControlledConditionalFreeObject. Attempting to write a non-nil FreeController property when locked now raises new ELocked exception.
* Added ELocked exception to UBaseObjects unit.
* Added new unit test for Lock method and Locked property of TControlledConditionalFreeObject.

Changed constructors in no-construct objects that caused assertion failures when accessed incorrectly to raise ENoConstructException instead.

* Added new TControlledConditionalFreeObject class and IConditionalFreeController interface to UBaseObjects.pas.
* Added test cases for above in TestUBaseObjects.pas.

Updated and completed commenting of TOwnedConditionalFreeObject.

Added new TOwnedConditionalFreeObject object to UBaseObjects.pas along with associated new test suite in TestUBaseObjects.pas.

Added new TConditionalFreeObject and TDelegatedConditionalFreeObject classes.
