Updated svn:mergeinfo properties to record merging of r706-711 and r1051 into the trunk.

Updated with changes merged from new-backend branch r711:
* Changed compiler error dialog to be passed a snippet id rather than complete snippet reference to get details of snippet for which compile error being reported.
* Renamed several names containing "routine" to names containing "snippet".
* Modified calling code in UCompileMgr unit as a consequence.

Updated with changes merged from new-backend branch r710:
* Changed visibility of TCompileMgr.LastCompiledRoutine from public to strict protected.

Updated with changes merged from new-backend branch r709 and r1051 (r1051 used to resolve conflict due to renaming of FmUserDBEditDlg unit as FmSnippetsEditorDlg):
* Renamed TRoutineData, TRoutineReferences and TRoutineEditData as TSnippetData, TSnippetReferences and TSnippetEditData respectively.

* Renamed TCategoryInfo as TReservedCategoryInfo.

Updated with changes merged from new-backend branch r707:
* Moved TCategoryInfo from USnippets unit to UReservedCategories.

Updated with changes merged from new-backend branch r706:
* Moved TRoutineInfo and TRoutineInfoList from USnippets unit to UCodeImportExport.

Replaced all occurrences of TRoutineEditData with TSnippetEditData.

TRoutineEditData was restored due to a conflict when committing merged changes from trunk at r1049. Conflict was due to renaming of FmUserDBEditDlg unit to FmSnippetsEditorDlg in trunk which lost changes made to FmUserDBEditDlg in this branch that were not reflected in trunk.

Added existing UStructs unit to project. Required in order to make updated UExceptions unit compile. This updated version of UExceptions was merged from trunk at r1049.

Merged trunk changes 1015-1047 into the new-backend branch.
