Removed unused UUnicodeHelper unit from uses clause.

Changed to use code from PJMD5 unit to handle MD5 message digest operations instead of removed TCheckSum static class.

Merged delphi2010-port branch back into trunk.

* Replaced TAppInfo.AppExeFile method with TAppInfo.AppExeFilePath method that returns full file path.
* Modified TWBExternal.Create to work with revised TAppInfo method.

Changed TAppInfo and TTestUnit to get required system folders by using methods of the new TSystemFolders class in USystemInfo unit rather than by use of functions from UUtils unit.

Revised TAppInfo.ProgramReleaseInfo to append any special build text to end of product version if present.

Removed change logs.

Added svn:keywords property with Rev and Date keywords.
