* Changed project and project group files from Delphi 2006 standard to Delphi 2010.
* Removed references to .bdsproj.tplt files from makefiles.

"Switched off echoing of a command shell in Make "autogen"

* Changed so that the MSSDK macro or environment variable must be defined if MIDL is to be used.
* Added ability to ignore MIDL compiler by defining IGNOREMIDL macro.

* Added checks for required macros, stopping with error if not present.
* Removed code that took alternative action if one of required macros was not defined.
* Added support for DELPHIDABLIB macro as alternative to DELPHIDAB2006LIB macro.

Deleted build batch files in Src and Src\Install directories and replaced with new make files.
