CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

* Moved all units directly concerned with supporting installed compilers into the new "Compilers" namespace. Some units were further renamed.
* Revised using units to use the new names.

* New UResourceUtils unit added to project.
* Moved MakeResourceURL overloaded functions from UHTMLUtils to UResourceUtils.
* Updated units that use MakeResourceURL functions to use UResourceUtils.

Removed all "do not localise" comments.

* Changed TCompCheckResHTML.LogLink method to no longer provide details of error and warning messages as a pop-up hint.
* Added code to same method to display a long hint in status bar as to the purpose of error and warning links. Hint displays name of compiler that generated errors and warnings.

Removed change logs.

Added svn:keywords property with Rev and Date keywords.
