CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Merged trunk changes 841,848-863 and 865 into the new-backend branch.

* Removed conditionally defined symbols that affected only compilers before 2010 now that earlier compilers not supported.
* Removed conditional tests for removed defined symbols.
* CodeSnip.dpr now includes CompilerDefines.inc to test that compiler supported.

Merged trunk changes r654-660 into the new-backend branch.

Experimental development branch for complete rewrite of back-end code relating to database and snippets editing engines.
