CodeSnip Old Code (SVN)

Added new AfterShowForm virtual do-nothing method and supporting code. The method is called after the form appears on screen.

* Removed all code that is excluded from Delphi 2009 / 2010 by conditionally defined symbols.
* Removed related $IFDEFs. Unused symbols removed from CompilerDefines.inc.
* Removed UAltBugFix.pas unit from project and removed all references to it since its functional code was excluded by conditional symbols on Delphi 2009 and later.

* Added new protected InternalCreate constructor that must be called if and only if descendant forms support INoPublicConstruct and are constructed internally from class methods. Descendants that don't support public construction must add INoPublicConstruct to their type definition.
* Added logic to Create constructor so that it can only be called if the form does not support INoPublicContruct.

Removed change logs.

Added svn:keywords property with Rev and Date keywords.

Merged changes from /branches/os-fonts:22-106 branch.

These changes add support for default operating system fonts to main display and dialog boxes.
