Refactoring so the database model generation is based on a simple model and not a specified java model

Refactered the constant interfaces into final classes

Do not make the tablename upper case. If the user input is wrongly spelled it is an input error and should not be corrected by som obscure internal magic. This would also disallow lowercase table names.
