Seperation of UI concerns in the Serializer hierarchy

Fixed the problem in the extract combination when either the combinates Template AST or neither AST or JET was selected

Only filter the generation drop down list when appropriate (drop down is enabled and legal combination). This fixes #25

adding the ui component so that everything compiles
