Fixed problem when unserializing a DTP connection with empty db product combo

Marked todo

Checked unserializing: works fine, cause was faulty (incomlete) XML

Fixed the setting of the db connection code.

Removed todo I missed, that is cleared with the last change

Fixed the ploblem with the selection of the radio buttons

Fixed one todo and marked the next one

Found a soulution for the problem of the wrong DB definition page.
Problem moved into FriendPattern where check fails if implementation and definiction class deferre.

Remove todo since a feature request exists
