Fixed the ploblem with the selection of the radio buttons

Fixed one todo and marked the next one

Found a soulution for the problem of the wrong DB definition page.
Problem moved into FriendPattern where check fails if implementation and definiction class deferre.

Remove todo since a feature request exists

Remove the todo since at startup the DBConnectionPage is the default page which has no loading message

Removed fixme comment since the DBConnection page is not displayed when loading a class from a serialized file

Added src.zip to ignore list

Fix problem with overridden selection of radio buttons

Reset the page when the connections are reinitialized

Fixed the not enabled table name input field after unserialisation.
