No

Currently Clonezilla provides no capability to clone a disk that has full disk encryption, such as PointSec, returning an error from partclone- "NOT NTFS partition, ntfs mount error 22". While it is possible to backup the information to another disk at the file level, doing so might put the information at risk and would not permit the target disk to be used as a direct replacement for the source disk in the event of a failure (or loss) of the source disk.

There is an option "-q1" in the Clonezilla live 1.2.6-54 in the testing release, you can find that in the expert mode. It provides an option for you to do raw (sector-by-sector) cloning. Could you please give it a try?

    Steven.

    Steven,
I was out on vacation and just got back today. After DLing 1.2.6-55, I ran it. To clone the 120GB encrypted disk took 1:26 via USB 2.0, not too slow at all. I swapped the two disks and the system came up perfectly. I did a disk check and it ran fine. I did not have time to do any other tests, but I think you have successfully added a significantly useful new feature. Thank you very, very, very much.

In addition to the -q1 option, are any of the options required or even helpful? I noticed that the first three options were selected by default and I disabled them for my initial test. Should they have been left on?

    Mikey
