WinZip does not find any JAR files inside
AspectJForNetBeans-1.1rc2.zip, although the file size
5607 KB certainly indicates that they should be there.
The predecessor file AspectJForNetBeans-1.1b4.zip
does have the JARs. Same bad result with three
downloads on two W2k machines.

If your zip extract utility does not extract all files listed
above, then use Java's JAR utility:

jar -xf AspectJForNetBeans-1.1rc2.zip
