We started seeing embellished collars in the Fall of 2011 and now I am seeing them everywhere!! Embellished collars are detachable and can be used to dress up your band t-shirt or chunky sweater. My favorite way to wear the embellished collar is to use it in place of a "choker" by pairing it with a top or dress that has no collar (like an off the shoulder top)! These collars are super easy to make and my friends and I actually made our own
