To keep this necklace looking great and intact, it must be kept away from and out of harsh or chemical-ly environments. Like pearls, opals should go on *after* any cosmetics, perfume, lotions, hair potions, etc. and should be the first thing to come off when you hunker down to get comfy. Repairs / Restringing : Your necklace is warranted to be free from defects in materials and manufacture for a period of 6 months from date of purchase. Repair or replacement at my discretion if a necklace is damaged by reasonable wear during that time. Initial shipping costs will be paid by customer. If the item is found to have broken due to a defect in material or manufacture, costs associated with return shipping will be refunded or covered by the seller.
